Welcome to Host & Join!

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Host & Join web application and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Platform

You must be at least 15 years old to use this Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account details. All activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility.

2. Organizing & Hosting Events

Hosts are entirely responsible for the events they create, including the selection of locations, safety precautions, rules, and participant coordination. Host & Join is a matching utility and does not assume any liability for incidents or safety hazards at host-hosted events.

3. Applying & Joining Events

Attendees apply to events voluntarily. Attendees agree to follow any custom rules (Do's and Don'ts) specified by the host. The exact address is private until the host approves the attendee's application.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in harassment, spamming, listing illegal activities, or posting deceptive/fraudulent content. Host & Join reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these safety guidelines.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block users from the Platform at our discretion. You have the right to delete your account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and deletes all profiles, applications, and events associated with your ID.
